Katie McLain:

Katie works as a consultant with local communities and organizations to build and fund a variety of community development and public health and justice sector programs. Katie has her PhD in History from Montana State University, where she researched the history of illicit drug controls in the United States. Her background includes over ten years of work experience with the federal government on domestic and international policy and programs.
